Fitness in the park was developed by two fully
qualified personal trainers Ty Paul and Natalie Golland. We put together a
circuits based class for all levels of fitness, from begginer to advanced.
The class has a mixture of cardio, resistance and boxing training which all
contribute to losing weight, toning up and feeling really good about yourself.
Circuits start at 10am and lasts for 1 hour. We start with a warm up, then
the main workout and then finish with a cooldown and stretch. We believe that
10am is the perfect time to start the class as its enough time for you to
drop your older kids at school then come to the class with your little ones
or on your own. Do not worry though as this class will run all the way through
the summer months while the weather is kind to us..
When attending our class we would recommend you
wear comfy running trainers and exercise clothing. Also bring a water bottle
with you, sunscreen if its hot and a towel if you get sweaty. If you have
a toddler with you, maybe bring a colouring book and a blanket so he/she can
